About Us

The main activity of our company is the commercial representation and distribution of the products of the internationally present MERSEN, formerly Carbone Lorraine, Ferraz Shawmut group in Hungary. MERSEN is an industrial group with 6200 employees and with more than 100 years of experience, it is one of the leading specialists in the manufacture and application of a wide range of industrial carbon and graphite products and closely related electrical protection devices.

Founded in 2003, our company is a 100% Hungarian-owned company with a stable financial background. Some of our founders and employees have gained extensive professional experience in the field of sales of industrial graphite and related synergetic products at Carbone Lorraine Hungaria Kft, a subsidiary of the MERSEN Group (formerly Carbone Lorraine) before the company was founded in 2003.

Since 2009, our company has been continuously expanding its graphite machining and manufacturing activities, enabling us to supply small series, customized requirements, as well as semi-finished and prefabricated products.

Our activities can be divided into several areas:

The main activity of the MERSEN group is related to the production of Advanced Materials. This includes:

  • Special Graphite Products (GS) – which are isostatic and extruded graphites machined according to drawings for high temperature and extreme environmental operating conditions
  • Corrosion Resistant Chemical Equipment (ACE) – predominantly heat exchangers, columns made of impregnated graphite (Graphilor®3), silicon carbide (SiC) and reactive metal structural materials
  • Power Transmission Technologies (PTT) – carbon brushes, brush holders, brush bridges, slip rings, carbon slides, as components of electrical machines.

Electrical Protection and Control (EP&Control) – fuse inserts, sockets according to all industry standards.
