Graphite Plate Heat Exchangers
Ultra-compact, high-efficiency solutions for heating and cooling corrosive chemicals
Graphite plate heat exchangers are ideal for the heating and cooling of highly corrosive chemicals. This is the most compact and efficient design among graphite heat exchangers. Constructed from multiple thin (~10 mm) graphite plates, these exchangers offer very high surface area and narrow fluid channels for maximum heat transfer efficiency. Heat flows through the graphite plate material, and the counter-current flow design ensures low temperature differentials, rapid temperature changes, and high overall effectiveness.
Design Features:
-
Modular construction – number of plates, plate sizes, and flow paths can be customized
-
Available plate sizes: GP 25 and GP 40
-
